The livestock listed below are either finished and butchered or in the finishing process in preparation for butchering. These animals will have shorter wait time then custom orders. All other livestock options (Angus, Jersey, Hereford, Wagyu, Pork and Lamb) are still available to custom order. When ordering a custom feed finish, plan on a wait time of 45-60 days. We have half a grain finished Wagyu available for purchase. We anticipate the butcher date to be mid-September. Custom cut and wrap options are available if pre-ordered by September 1. The price is per pound on the hanging weight with free shipping to the Western United States. Limited time special pricing for this half is $18/lb. This is a premium grade beef that will have extensive marbling for a rich, juicy flavor. Steroid and antibiotic free. A deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve the beef.
