Angus Cattle
Angus beef contains marbling that adds to the flavor and tenderness of the meat. There are two breeds of Angus cattle, red and black. Our Angus are the black breed. This breed originated in Scotland. They are naturally polled and black or red. They have a large muscle content and are considered a medium sized cow. An average size for an Angus cow is approximately 1200 lbs.
